A few years ago I found the cutest turkey cupcakes that I wanted to make and bring along to my family’s Thanksgiving feast.
There was just one problem.
One of the ingredients needed to decorate the cupcake was candy corn.
And it was November.
There was no candy corn ANYWHERE.
Every store was completely sold out.
It was disastrous!
So from that moment on, I vowed to stock up as soon as those bags of yellow/orange/white sweetness hit the clearance bins after Halloween.
Are you not convinced that buying candy corn right now is an extremely critical component to the success of your Thanksgiving this year?

I am loving all of these! I put candy corn on my grocery list for this afternoon’s shopping. I should get some just to eat as well, my husband ate all of ours this year even the corns that I had used in Halloween decorating!
