Here is a yummy recipe our Happy Home really enjoys.
I probably enjoy it the most because it is so easy. 🙂
Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Directions:
Place chicken in a greased 9×13 dish. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
We like to serve ours with a microwaveable brown rice/quinoa blend I get at Costco and sautéed squash and zucchini.
Happy Easy Lemon Chicken-ing! 🙂

A red plate, or a green plate would have made the chicken more appealing and inviting to eat. Perhaps next time doing a photo shoot you might want to consider more colors in food and the dish it’s being served on.

Sweet Pamela, thanks for the tips! I don’t know ANYTHING about photography and I only own plates in 2 different colors. Most of the time we eat on paper plates! HA! When I take a photo of our meals, I only have 3 seconds to style it (which basically means slapping it on the plate) and snap a pic because everyone wants to eat. I long to be a better photographer, but I haven’t had time to learn, so I appreciate your advice! I guess I am just a mom trying to share what works. 🙂

We ate it on white paper plates, and it was still amazing! 🙂 As a mom of 4 little ones I know what you mean about the hurry to get the food on the table! I really love how you share what you have found that “works” for us super busy moms. Easy and yummy recipe, perfect! Thanks for sharing!

Oh Mary! Your encouragement just lifted me up today! Thank you for taking the time to tell me these lovely things! My favorite part was the paper plates. 🙂 Keepin’ it real!!! xoxo
