The Thanksgiving Kid’s Table was one of my favorite places to be when I was growing up! We had WAY more fun than the adults! Not just because it was a blast reuniting with all of my cousins over the most delicious food, but also because the Kid Table meant magical place settings and extra special treats!
I thought about all the things I loved about the Thanksgiving Kid’s Table when I was younger and put together an AMAZING table of ideas for you to use in your Happy Homes! I hope these pictures inspire you to create some magical moments and memories this holiday season!
My happiest thing about this Kid’s Table is the fact that there is no tablecloth to worry over getting messy!
Solution – I laid down a roll of brown butcher paper over the table so that the kids could feel free to write, color, and spill all over the surface!
Note the straws in the cups. Everything tastes better with straws!
Have the kids draw Turkey Hands! See mine in the bottom left corner?
I got the super cute plates, napkins, and cups from Target! I just LOVE them!
I also laid out a few sheets of Thanksgiving stickers! Look for fun ones in the card aisles at your local Wal-Mart or Target.
The napkin rings were inspired by a project I saw in Parents Magazine a few years ago (see picture above)! For the directions, click HERE!
I was also super inspired to make these Terrific Turkey Finger Puppets from an idea I saw over at Skip to My Lou!
I’ll do a tutorial on how to make them soon! They worked perfect as spoon-holders!
And because I used the butcher paper I just wrote each guest’s name right there on the table next to their plates!
The greatest part of this table is the Crayon Turkey Centerpiece!
I simply used a jar like the the one above I found at Wal-Mart…
And turned it into… THIS!
I just hot glued some cut out felt, googly eyes, and colored popsicle sticks to the lid, filled it with beautiful, fresh crayons and TADA – it’s a Crayon Turkey Masterpiece!
This table was unbelievably inexpensive to put together and it is sure to get RAVE reviews from all your Happy Buddy Thanksgiving Guests!
Happy Thanksgiving Kid’s Table Decorate-ing! 🙂

Oh my goodness I LOVE it!!! I am having 6 kids for Thanksgiving, and I think they would love this. I’ll have to see what kind of supplies they have at the craft store, but I may have to have your Mama bring some things for me. If I do this I’ll be sure to send you a picture!
Keep the great ideas coming Sis!
Love,
Jenny
