Lime Sherbet Punch

Recipe by Paula Deen

Ingredients -

  • 2 quarts lime sherbet
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
  • Lemon slices
  • Lime slices
  • Maraschino cherries

Directions -

  1. In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet.
  2. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice.
  3. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries.

**If you’re not interested in making such a large quantity of green deliciousness, Amazing Moms suggests individual Lucky Lime Drinks!  Simply place 1-2 scoops of lime sherbet in a clear cup.  Pour 7-Up over the sherbet.  Add a dollop of whipped cream, a maraschino cherry and maybe even some green sprinkles!**

What a fun treat to serve with your Irish Beef Stew and Leprechaun Treasure Biscuit dinner!

Happy Lime Punch-ing! :-)
