A few summers ago our church was hosting a women’s Bible study.
At one of the meetings, a friend of mine brought this Broccoli Slaw.
It blew my mind.
As well as the mind of every other lady in attendance.
Crunchy, sweet, salty… All of my favorite things!
You should have seen us! We were all shamelessly going back for seconds and even thirds.
And we were all begging my friend to share the recipe.
When she did, we couldn’t believe how easy it was!
This is definitely one of those ingredient ‘dump’ recipes where you just pour everything into a bowl and tada! Deliciousness in no time at all.
So if you are hurrying out the door to a barbecue or summer potluck and you need a quick dish to bring, may I suggest this Broccoli Slaw…
1 bag Broccoli Slaw
1/2 of a 15 oz. container Marzetti Slaw Dressing (I’ve heard that the Marzetti Poppyseed Dressing works well too!)
Craisins
Cashews
Pour the broccoli slaw into a large bowl. Add the dressing (I only used 1/2 of the jar, but it’s up to you!). Sprinkle in the Craisins and cashews – however many you’d like. I am a huge fan of both, so I am generous. Crunchy things and sweet things mixed together make my heart swoon.
Mix everything until well distributed.
Did I mention that it’s GLUTEN-FREE???? {fist bumps!}
Enjoy!
Happy Broccoli Slaw-ing! 🙂

Yum! For some reason every. single. recipe. I see online today just sounds like the best thing ever. Definitely going to try this! And since the kids don’t like slaw…more for me!

I make this every week and it disappears everytime! I use less dressing in mine and make it pretty close to mealtime. We love it because it’s always crisp, never gets limp or soggy like slaw can. I use the poppyseed dressing on mine and use it for regular coleslaw too. YUMMY!
