This was the easiest idea EVER and it is so ridiculously cute.
I absolutely love that all we had to do was paint a bunch of paper plates green. Stick the thing up with some painter’s tape, add a tree trunk and a glittery star and you are done!
We are thinking about taking a picture of all the children under the tree with Christmas bows on their heads.
🙂
Maybe something you could do with your preschool class? Or on a wall in your house? Send me a pic if you do!

Debbie! Thank you for this comment! I am so happy you like our tree!!!

I love that this is something the children could truly do! (Not just watch an adult do for them, like so many well-intentioned but not age-appropriate art activities). And the finished product is something they all had a part in, and is a great decoration for their room. AND it can be the backdrop for Christmas photos — win, win, win!!

How tall/wide is the finished product? I don’t have clear wall space and would have to provide cardboard backing.
Thanks!
