The days are getting warmer, the popsicles are showing up at the grocery stores, and the beach is calling my name!
Summer is a-comin’!
And what better way to enjoy the anticipation of it with your Happy Home (or in your classroom if you are a teacher) than with your very own countdown to summer calendar??

Where we live, though, there are only about 20 days until summer, so I needed something I could put together fairly quickly.

I printed that baby out (YOU CAN TOO! Simply click the image.), stuck it on some summer-themed scrapbook paper from the Dollar Bins at Target, and then laminated it.
If you don’t want to laminate it, then you could just use Post-It notes for the numbers. Easy peasy!
Hang it on your fridge and use a dry-erase marker to update it every day leading up to SUMMER VACATION. Woot-woot!

Only 20 days to go?
Good grief, over here there are 73 days until the schools break for summer, but we might get to on vacation a week or two before that because youngest is in his last year of compulsory education and so is finished when he has done his last exam.
Love this!!!! Could you make one to go visist Grandma and Grandpa with a beach theme? Would so appreciate it!! family verse….?
