Bunny Service Jar – Encouraging Your Happy Buddies Toward Acts of Kindness

Easter is such a beautiful time to consider all the ways in which Jesus has shown kindness to us.

His kindness extended from the many ways He loved and helped people during His ministry on earth, all the way to His sacrificial death on the cross – the ultimate act of kindness on our behalf.

To help your Happy Buddies show kindness as Jesus exampled, this Bunny Service Jar is just the thing!Simply find a jar – I found mine at the Dollar Tree.Grab a handful of cotton balls.

Gather your Happy Buddies around and read the poem together.  Talk about the importance of doing kind things for others in the spirit of what we are remembering this Easter season (and every day, for that matter! :-)).

Then let your Happy Buddies loose in order to see all that God inspires in them to do for others. 🙂

Place a cotton ball (Bunny Tails) in the jar for every act of kindness.

*Kids can help decorate the bunny with jellybeans, licorice, Hershey’s Kisses, etc.

*Kids can help (after receiving their own Bunny Candy Bar from you) by making Bunny Candy Bars for neighbors and friends – don’t forget to add more cotton balls to your now exploding service jar!! 🙂
