I remember when I was a little girl that getting a box of Froot Loops was an unbelievably rare occasion.
There was something so magical about eating a bowl of those sugary o’s.
But now I’ve come to find that Froot Loops serve many other purposes beyond the occasional breakfast treat.
And these purposes happen to be closely linked to the holiday that is coming up on March 17th because of the cereal’s rainbow-like appearance.
I am a huge fan of these easy Froot Loop Rainbows from One Artsy Mama.
Sprinkle a few on top of your favorite cupcakes and you’ve got a great St. Patty’s Day snack.
See Whimsical Cookery for the how-to.
Thoughtfully Simple slipped a few Froot Loops onto a stir stick and into a glass of green milk to make a sweet little breakfast for her Happy Buddies to enjoy.
Dana Made It says these Froot Loop Treats are like Rice Krispie Treats on steroids. 🙂
Here is a version of the traditional Froot Loop Rainbow Necklace from the incredible girls over at eighteen25.
Such a fun activity for Happy Buddies!!
And, finally, I found these words to be quite inspiring today… 🙂
St. Patrick, himself, was good at being a Froot Loop – you should check out THIS POST to read more about the guy that March 17th is all about. It’s very inspiring.
Happy Froot Loop-ing! 🙂

What a cute post! Definitely will pick up a box of Fruit Loops this week. I really like the Fruit Loop necklace. I did something similar this week, I made a bracelet for my little girl using Jelly Beans. Please check it out: http://ramblingreed.blogspot.com/2013/02/jelly-bean-bracelets.html
