Milking

10 Apr

As I mentioned HERE, I have been pumping up a storm.

The other day while we were at the hospital, the Happy Buddy came across a blood pressure cuff.

He proceeded to hold the cord up to his belly button…

And informed me that he was ‘milking.’

A gift for the Happy Baby.

What a great big brother! :-)

I spent a great deal of time “milking” for our first baby. Actually we called the pump “The Milk Fairy.” :)

I love it! I caught my almost 2yr old, lia, nursing her baby the other day. it is too precious to see how they pick up the things that we do. she also gets so excited when she sees me pump, she sits there with this gleam in her eye, i think it’s b/c she hopes she’ll get some when i’m done. praying for your family!

I don’t know you, but have been following your blog and love it! We have been through a similar experience with one of our girls after she was born! I will be praying for you.

This same little girl “nursed” her baby doll using her belly button when she was just over 2 years old and our 2nd baby was born. It was so cute and funny! Kids do the cutest and funniest things!

This is a verse that the LORD gave me when our little ones went thru some sick times:
Psalms 103:2-3 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits; Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who HEALETH ALL THY DISEASES. I am so glad that we serve a Mighty God!
