Recipe – Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Yum, yum, yum.

Just staring at the picture above brings back great memories of the meal our Happy Home shared last night!

And the even greater memory of when 5 o’clock rolled around I didn’t have to pull my unbelievably tired self off of the couch (only 1 more week until we are out of the first trimester!!  I think I should make myself a paper chain to countdown! :-)) and cook something because I had already prepared everything in the morning!

  1. Mmmmmmm, this looks so good! Most of our meals are planned out or already cooked for this week, but this is going on the menu this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe, I have everything but the steak already in the house. We will be enjoying this served over a bed of rice. I love the Delish Dinners in a Dash cards you made up. I printed it out on cardstock, left it whole and have it hanging on the side of the fridge for when I need a fast but good meal idea. Please think about doing another set, they are great ! I might just have to cover mine with clear Contact .

The Fairy would love to hear from YOU! :-) Seriously, it's my favorite. Leave a comment!
