The Best Easter Brunch Ever

20 Apr

Isn’t there is something sooo wonderful and fresh about breakfast foods??

Today I am sharing my FaVoRiTe recipes to create an Easter Brunch your Happy Home will NEVER forget!

*Simply click on the images for the delicious recipes!!*

Egg Casserole

This egg casserole is on the menu for like EVERY breakfast event our Happy Home celebrates together.  The best thing about it is that you make it the night before – simply pop it in the oven in the morning!  Woot-woot!

Broccoli Salad of Wonder

I am not even kidding when I tell you that this salad is the GREATEST SALAD YOU WILL EVER EAT.

EVER.

This is BY FAR my most requested recipe.

In fact, it’s the only salad the Happy Hubby will eat (note the 1 cup of sugar in the dressing!!).

I almost think this salad deserves a whole post to itself. :-)

Caramel Breakfast Wreath

Not much to say about this recipe because the picture pretty much speaks for itself.

The Happy Hubby is looking over my shoulder at this very moment and drooling like a puppy!!!

My FaVoRiTe drink to serve at brunch is this INCREDIBLE Peach Iced Tea!  People always ask me for this recipe whenever I serve it!  It’s simple to make and has such a refreshing taste!

Just add a fresh fruit salad to the menu and your Happy Home will be hopping around like egg-cited Easter bunnies!!

Plus, don’t forget to fold your napkins like bunnies and have a Peep Topiary centerpiece on the table where all this wonderful food is served!

Happy Easter Brunch-ing! :-)

My husband and I had a debate about your Broccoli Salad of Wonder recipe. Do you put the luttuce and broccoli mixture in the oven or just the nuts and noodles.

    Thank you.
