Who would have thought that a pepper could bring so much St. Patrick’s Day fun???
Check out these ideas…
All you have to do is slice a green pepper in half widthwise, add some dip, and tada! An adorable, healthy shamrock-shaped snack!
Or add that sliced pepper to a toasted English Muffin with melted Cheddar Cheese… Mmmm! The luck of the Irish can’t top that yumminess!
Then there’s these tasty looking Shamrock Pizzas from Blissfully Domestic.
Who knew that a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow could be so delicious??
Those rainbow arches are made out of peppers!!
And, finally, this last idea makes a terrific craft.
Slice the top of a green pepper off and then let your Happy Buddy dip in paint to make some really sweet shamrock stamps.
Hop over to Family Fresh Meals for the how-to.
Grab a pepper at the store and have a wee bit o’ fun with it!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day Pepper-ing! 🙂
