I love Teacher Appreciation Week! These men and women do SO much for our children and I want to honor them however I can. Especially this year in light of everything the pandemic has brought to the world of education.
This year (2021), Teacher Appreciation Week is May 3-7,
A few years ago I went to Target and bought 5 inexpensive items to go with 5 “punny” tags. Once I printed the tags, I attached them to the items with tape. Then I gave one prize per day to my boys’ teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week.
The teachers loved everything!
Here is what I purchased… Keep in mind these photos are from 2019, but I imagine Target will still have what you need!
Day 1 >> Pineapple Gift
If you cannot find the above face mask, anything pineapple would do! A pineapple candle, dried pineapple snacks, or anything with a fun pineapple print! See some pineapple items available at Target HERE.
Day 2 >> Method Soap Gift
The Method brand of cleaning products is so good! You could do all-purpose cleaning spray, body wash, bar soap, etc.
Day 3 >> Watermelon Gift
Ideas other than watermelon flavored La Croix – an actual watermelon, watermelon body wash, watermelon Sour Patch Kids, etc. See what watermelon items are available at Target HERE.
Day 4 >> Chips and Salsa Gift
These blue corn flaxseed chips from Target are my FAVORITE! Do not even hand me a bag because I do not know how to stop eating them! Ideas other than chips and salsa – a gift card to a Mexican restaurant, a set of chip and dip serving dishes, etc.
Day 5 >> Mint Lip Balm Gift
Other mint-y ideas might be – Lifesaver or Starlight mints, mint-flavored gum, Junior Mints, chocolate and mint treats, etc.
