**I am a few days late posting this, but I know some of you are just like me and thrive in the last minute! I get my best ideas 24 hours after a deadline!**
We have been blessed with wonderful neighbors and I love to find ways to say “thank you” to them for always having that stick of butter, cup of milk, or AAA battery.
I thought this 12 Days of Christmas idea was so cute!
First, purchase 12 items to match the 12 little printable tags with the cute puns. FREE PRINTABLE LINK IS BELOW!
Cut out the tags, stick to the items with tape, and then deliver one per day leading up to Christmas. We like to drop ours off Ding Dong Ditch style. Leave on the doorstep, ring the bell, and run away giggling!
This should have started on December 13th, but no one will mind getting a few extra gifts if you start a couple of days behind. Do not let that stop you from blessing others this Christmas!
Here is a list of the items you will need. I was able to find almost everything I needed at our local Dollar Tree.
- Twizzlers
- Salsa
- Candle
- Popcorn
- Mints (or anything with mint in it!)
- Soda
- Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate
- Nuts
- A Christmas tree-shaped treat like Reese’s Trees or Peep Marshmallow Trees
- Soap
- Almond Joy Bar
- Root Beer
There are a few blank cards if you want to add your own puns or even an invitation to your church’s Christmas Eve service.

I would love to know if you do this with your neighbors this year! We are having a blast with ours!
Joyfully,
Julie 🙂
