Simply get 8 envelopes, lick them shut, trim a bit off the side to make it a pocket, and then decorate.

Your Happy Hubby can open one envelope per day leading up to the 31st!
Or, you could just print the love notes and hide them around your room, in his laptop case, car, pants pocket, etc.
