  1. Hi there!

I emailed you last week but not sure if you got it.
I just found your blog today while Googling for reindeer food poems.
I really love the card you made and I was wondering if I could use it for my little home business?
I sell letters from Santa in Australia and one of my packages is “Reindeer Delivery” it comes with a personalised letter and reindeer food.
Last year I just used a simple little poem and rolled it up. But I wanted something clever. Which is how I came across your blog.
I am happy to make a donation to you for the use of it in my business of course.
Please just let me know when you have the time.

    thank you

    • Hey Julie! You are so sweet to contact me about my printable reindeer tags! I never did get an email from you, so I am glad you used the website. As for the tags, I can’t really give permission for you to use them in that capacity as I used stickers to produce the images. Many of the printables on my site feature my own art, but often I use stickers, and therefore require my readers to use the printables for personal use only. But check out this link for TONS of great reindeer food tags – they’re way better than mine! :-) Let me know what you end up deciding!

  5. Hi Happy Home Fairy! I learned about your blog from mutual friends of ours! Your story of your Happy Family and Happy Baby and Big Brother, Happy Buddy….mirror our story! I am so glad Teri & Adam told me about your blog so that I can be praying for you all and especially precious Happy Baby! If you would like to read about our story, go to (click on the “My Story” link for Ella’s diagnosis journey)Maybe you can be encouraged by what the Lord has done in our family while we walked through (and continue on this journey) while leaning on HIM. I have gotten so many adorable ideas from your site too! I used to be a kindergarten/PreK teacher and havent tapped into my “creative juices” in so long! You are inspiring me in so many ways! Know that you and your family are prayed for and lifted up daily.

  6. I love little tags to attach to little giveaways. During my daughter’s elementary years I sent her with little tagged candy and such. Now she is a junior in HS & I still send notes to her & her guardies with the little tags for encourage-mint; s’more love than a bonfire; no snickers at the competition only at good jokes… well you get the idea. My daughter calls me weird.

  7. Hi! I want to let you know I thouroughly enjoy your blog and try to keep up with you and your baby. I am so thrilled that it sounds like things are going well for him. I will continue praying for all of you! God bless!

  9. Hi! :)
i want to share something with you and anyone else that can see this. I have a friend, her name is Staci Luker, and she has two blog’s. The reason i want to share this, is because she recently, this Sunday will be a month, lost her baby boy named Barrett. She is such an amazing person. She has started somthing called Barrett’s blankets that she will make blankets and work with a hospital for other mommies of angels. She is also working with project linus. She has taken a heartbreaking situation that God has handed her and has used it to serve God. If you will, please go take a look at her blog’s and share it, if you will please.

    Thank you so much! :)

  10. Hi! I started reading your blog last June when I was looking for a cute idea for my daughter’s Sunday school teacher. I have been praying for Happy Baby. I just wanted you to know that you are an amazing, amazing, person and you always inspire me to be a better wife and mom. I wish you were in my mom’s group!!!

  11. Hi! I just wanted to let you know that you have brought many blessings to our happy home. It is a happier place because of your wonderful ideas. We “egged” to of our neighbors homes and then enjoyed hours of play. Most recently, I made the scripture notebook for my aunt that has cancer and brought her some comfort. Thanks for sharing such wonderful ideas! God Bless!

  12. Hello Beautiful Lady! It has been a few months since I first began receiving your posts in my email and words cannot express what a blessing you have been to me. Your words of encouragement, scriptures, and prayers of a mama’s heart have been God sent. I have been struggling with a very strong willed 2 year old precious lil girl and every time I read one of your posts my heart and spirit gain a little more hope. Thank you. Thank you for reminding me that “with God ALL things are possible” and that I can praise Him in this storm. May God continue to be with you and your family and may each day bring a new and wonderful blessing.

  13. I wish I had found this blog 6 weeks ago! I just had my 2nd child, a beautiful little angel named Ella, 7 weeks ago and I wanted to breastfeed. I breastfed my first for 5 weeks, until 2 horrible cases of mastitis ended with a catheter in my breast and I had to stop cold turkey. With my 2nd I wanted to try it for a week, see how it went and then progress from there. As soon as my milk came in I got the start of mastitis and had to go on antibiotics. I did my best to keep thrush at bay by taking probiotics and giving them to my daughter. Everything was going great until my mom gave my daughter a bottle. I ended up at a lactation consultant and got the latch back within 24 hours. All went well until 2 days later when I got a HORRIBLE pain in my breast and feeding became unbearable. I did not have thrush, my daughter did not have thrush. I went to the doctor and he advised me to stop breastfeeding. I kept pumping. It didn’t hurt to pump. Within 2 weeks my supply was gone. I love that you are sharing your experience, your tips and tricks and your support to those who truly don’t have any. Thank you – from someone who truly wishes she could have continued.

  14. Hi there. I really enjoy reading your website. Thanks so much for sharing all your great ideas. I have a question. I have a friend that is in need of a therapist. He lives in Orlando Florida. I am wondering if your therapist Stacey might be available? Or maybe she could recommend someone that is available. Thanks! Heidi

    • Heidi, I will ask Stacey to see if she knows of anyone in that area. We are located further south (about 3 hours away), so Stacey would not be able to serve your friend. Thanks for your sweet words!

  15. Hi Julie,
Thank you for this blog ! It really is a blessing to this world !!!
I am not saying that because of all the good ideas you put forward to make our homes happier (single with no kids, I fear I’ll only make good use of them once or twice a year with my nieces and nephews…). No, I accidentally ended up on your blog while looking for some Olaf pictures and was thrilled by your tone !!!
You mix simplicity, spirituality (I prefer this word than religion due to heavy background) and all those good vibrations that come from the heart in touching posts and thoughts…
I’ll keep that comment short but there would be a lot more to say … Thank You !!!

  16. I work in a high school cafeteria. Looking for a candy gram Encouraging & Welcoming co- workers back from Summer break

  17. Wow! You are an amazing lady! Thank you for the free printables! I had been looking for a printable to put on my Halloween treats that would share the Gospel and thanks to you I can. God bless you! Just wanted to tell you and thankful I am!

  18. Hello, I just happened upon your wonderful 12 days of Christmas printables. I am very excited to give these away as little gifts this year. I actually bought little nativity sets at the end of Christmas last year hoping to do this. Your printables are a perfect fit. Our neighbours are French speaking (which is my first language) and I was hoping to give them a set. Would it be possible to either send you the verses in French and have you put them into the cards? Or could I have a copy that I can adapt with the French translation? It would be so great to give them a set and some of our other French speaking friends.

thanks again so much for sharing this .
    God Bless

  19. I cannot thank you enough for your latest post. I SO needed to read that this year. My kids have been playing with their nativity toys since they came out this year (they love them as well). I have to drop a lot of the other things this year as well and financially this is the smallest Christmas we will have, I am so nervous that my kids will be disappointed. I love that 3 gift rule and am going to incorporate that in our life. As I read through your post it made me feel so much better as a Mom knowing we are doing the things you suggested (or will be on Christmas). Thank you for once again bringing me back to reality that we are human. Praise God and blessings to your family!

  20. Hey Julie,
I just recently found your blog… I’m a new mom pumping exclusively for my baby girl. I emailed you a couple of days again and just wanted to make sure you received it. I’d greatly appreciate your input. Thank you again for such a wonderful blog.

  21. I’m a Nani (Noni)) to 5 wonderful grandchildren!! Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your love and crafts! I get all my ideas from you for my grand kids and they LOVE them!! For Valentines Day, I made the trail mix for both families,(I have a son,33, his wife and 4 children, and a daughter, 32, her husband and 1 child) and put it in the heart bowls like you did!! The mix is wonderful, they loved it!! And and the paper hearts I did with the kids with stickers and magnets, and they are doing the verses every night until Valentines Day and putting them on the frig!! They love doing it with their parents and I love that they love it !! Your a blessing to all of us!! Thanks so much and Happy Valentines Day.!! You are loved!! :)

  22. I have been searching for the pattern/template for the paper plate cross silhouette craft– is there one? the link you have on your bog returns to pintrest and your blog…and no template? Is there one or should I wing it?

BTW I work in Children’s Ministry and blogs like yours are amazing and such a wonderful time saver and resource — and the ability to share your faith based parenting fun and encouragements
with our church families is awesome– keep using your God given gifts in this special way!!!

    • Hi Betsy! I searched and searched for the original photo of this project, but could not come up with anything! I’m sorry that there isn’t a template for this… I wish you the best! And thank you so much for your sweet words of encouragement. God bless you, dear one!

  23. I Just stumbled across your web site. I have been crying all morning. In a good way! My marriage has been hard the last several years (been married for 25 years.) we are both committed to making this work. I love my husband with all my heart and your blog just gave me more ideas to show him thank you so much. You and your husband caught my eye on the valentine shopping trip it reminded me so much of my husband and I. He hates the dollar store, You guy even looked like us our kids are 22 and18 and them we had another baby he is 10 . and I am to happy and grateful that we had one more otherwise we would have empty nest soon . That’s another hurdle to jump and we don’t need another hurdle right now that’s for sure.

    • Laura, I am deeply humbled by this precious comment… Love your heart and its broken willingness to serve as Jesus did. You are an example of the gospel to your husband and family. Keep it up, girlfriend. Rest in His grace for you and your marriage today.

  24. Hi Julie,
Let me just start by saying thanks for the encouraging article “For when the kids are sick!” I was browsing through Pinterest and I cannot remember what I clicked on and came across your article. I was curious when I read the title since my girls have been sick for a few days now. I know God used this to show me His sovereignty. Thanks again. Can’t wait to read more of your tips!!

    • Oh Monica! Thanks for writing to me! I am so humbled and happy that God used this site to help you in some small way… I pray He strengthens you today as you serve your family. You are a great mom!

  25. Hi Julie,
I had to reach out to you tonight. I’ve been reading your blog for a year. I discovered it through Pinterest when I was researching about exclusively pumping for my son.
I found a water leak last night in our master bedroom. The plumber came today we have mold all over inside the walls. I was immediately reminded of your post about insurance not providing for us, God provides for us. I’m praying God will find a solution for us and provide us with repairs. Thank you for your inspiration! Your an amazing mom. You have no idea how many people you reach on a daily basis.
P.S. I live in south FL too!

    • Whitney, wow. Thank you for these kind words today… It truly blessed me! I will pray that your situation is fixed quickly without a lot of hassle. Praise God for your faith-filled attitude and humble desire to honor Him in the midst of such an interruption. May the Lord bless you, sister!

  26. If you have an email that you send out, please add me to your list. I loved reading about encouraging our children and not putting them down for their child like mishaps!
    Thanks for writing!

The Fairy would love to hear from YOU! :-) Seriously, it's my favorite. Leave a comment!
