Recipe - Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Serves: 8-10
- 5-6 cups cooked chicken, cut into chunks
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
- Slivered almonds
- Mix first 5 ingredients together. Place in a lightly sprayed 9 x13 baking dish.
- Melt the butter and mix with the stuffing.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the slivered almonds on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
