Add the ground turkey, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir frequently to break up the meat until the turkey is no longer pink.
Add the zucchini and squash to the pan and cook for about 5 more minutes. Add the bell pepper and stir to combine everything. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 3-4 more minutes.
Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Divide the turkey hash evenly onto plates.
In the same pan, fry the 4 eggs until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes. Top each plate of hash with a fried egg and serve.
