  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Sweet potatoes, chopped (I leave the skin on!)
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken and chopped veggies to the pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season generously with garlic powder and oregano.
  5. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
