Overnight Coffee Cake

- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ cup butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping: ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon nutmeg (Mix ingredients together.)
- Sift together flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- Cream butter with both sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add flour mixture alternatively with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
- Add vanilla and blend well.
- Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with topping. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
